2012 CHARDONNAY: The wine comes from grapes selected from vineyards across California’s best cool climate growing regions. These regions range from the Central Coast to the Delta Region of the Sacramento River. Grapes for this wine were harvested during cooler night and morning hours to highlight the crisp citrus flavors balancing the fruit in our wine.

Winemaker notes: Ripe pineapple, golden apple and Anjou pear flavors are balanced by citrus notes and a smooth, creamy finish. A perfect match with chicken salad, four cheese pizza, calamari and all seafood.

2012 CABERNET SAUVIGNON: Our Cabernet is deep red with ripe berry and plum aromas, accented by toasty oak and vanilla. On the palate, dark fruit flavors are balanced by silky tannins and a lingering finish.

Winemaker notes: After a full malo-lactic conversion to soften the acids and add complexity to the nose, this wine was aged on oak at cool temperatures until it was ready for the final blend. Merlot is added for the velvety soft tannin structure, and other reds are blended in to heighten spice and complexity. The wine is full-bodied and complex, displaying classic Cabernet structure and finesse. A memorable pairing with roasted and grilled meats such as lamb, prime rib, pork, or steak.
